All our products are moulded using Future Safety moulding tools in the UK or with our business partners in Italy.
We manufacture all our products at our ISO9001 approved production facility in Saddleworth, near Manchester. This enables us to be flexible and adapt to the requirements of the customers, whilst keeping a strict control on quality.
Future Safety is proud to have been awarded DTi Smart Awards for Innovative Products and the North West Business Award for Small Family Business of the Year.

The Manta SAR helmet is a high-performance multi-role technical rescue helmet with the facility to fit a variety of accessories. The helmet is tested to three different standards giving it the unique ability to make it suitable for a very diverse field of task or one helmet to do many roles including:

COUGAR
The Cougar helmet is a tactical multi-role high performance carbon fibre helmet with the option to fit various accessories including visors, NVG shrouds, goggles, side tactical rails and communication headsets. The helmet is a lightweight / centred helmet weighing only 400 grams to reduce fatigue for the wearer over long periods of use. With impact protection of 100 joules on the crown, it gives the wearer excellent bump protection from impact / shock both from above or from the sides.
Meeting EN12492:2012 and PAS028:2002 the Cougar is suitable for a diverse field of uses.

BLUERAY
The Blueray Helmet is a lightweight Marine Helmet, without the visor it weighs only 680 grams and is extremely comfortable and balanced. The shell is made from carbon composites giving excellent impact protection.
Various accessories, including marine visors, torch attachments, communications and safety goggles are available for this helmet.
The Blueray Helmet is tested making it suitable to be used in challenging environments.
